Today, 26th March 2015 is a sad day for Indians as the Cricket team lost semi finals match in ICC World Cup 2015. Play took place in Sydney Cricket Ground, Australia (SCG).

CWC 2015 started on 14th February 2015. 10 teams were
participating in the tournament. Dominating teams were Australia, India,
South Africa, New Zealand. These were the teams which was capable to
take a place in Semi-finals.

On 24th March 2015, South
Africa lost to New Zealand in a nail biting match. New Zealand booked
their place in the finals. It was a question "Who will be playing
against NZ, is it India or Australia".

Today, SCG was dominated by Indian fans who have come to cheer up for Team India. Unfortunately, toss was won by Australia and they chose to bat first. Losing the toss was the major setback for Indian team. It was like loosing the match itself. However they made up their mind to give their best and defend the World Cup.

Prior to World cup, Indians toured Australia. They had shown very poor performance against Aussies and England. There was no hope that India will perform great in this World Cup. but India had bounced back and topped the B-table and qualified for Quarter finals. They played against Bangladesh in Quarter finals and won against them. India became the first team to dismiss all 70 wickets in 7 matches. The hopes were back and every Indian started dreaming of defending the World Cup and lift it once again.

But after losing the toss, there was slight disturbance in Indian skipper's mind after losing the toss. When play started, David Warner played some terrific shots which made Indians to lose hope. Umesh Yadav cam back stongly by taking his wicket and gave hope to the team. After this wicket, Steve Smith and Aaron Finch played sensibly and put up a partnership of 182 runs which made Indians to worry a lot. After hitting a century, Smith got out but Maxwell came in and played some brilliant shots to add some more runs. There were some contributions from other players as well. Finally Australia managed to put a huge total of 328 runs on board losing 7 wickets.

India gave a decent start and their intention was not to lose early wickets. Early wickets mean trouble for India. They kept this in mind and played pretty decently. They were not in attacking mode in first 10 overs. After this Shikhar Dhawan started to attack the bowlers and runs started to flow in but it did not last long. Dhawan got out and trouble for India started. Virat Kohli came in and was very defensive. He could not tackle the bowling attack and finally gave up scoring only 1 run in 13 deliveries. Slowly the game started t drift from the hands of India. They started to lose wickets regularly. Finally they were all out scoring only 233 runs. Top scorer was the skipper M S Dhoni who scored 65 runs.

Australia won the Semi-finals against India by 95 runs. Player of the Match was Steve Smith who scored a Century and a made a crucial run-out.

Now Australia will play against New Zealand on 29th March 2015 at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).

I will be supporting NZ team to lift the World Cup 2015 as they have never won any World Cup so far. But Australians have the advantage as it will be played in their home ground and they look dominating at home.

Let's wait and watch who will win the World cup this time.

One intersting fact:
In 2011, host teams were in finals - India and Srilanka.
In 2015, host teams are in finals - Australia and New Zealand.
Currently, India is on tour of Australia. It is a 4 test match series. Out of which 2 matches have already been played and 2 are remaining.

In the first match, Australia won by 48 runs when Virat Kohli had captained India. Second match was captained by MS Dhoni, even then India lost the match by 4 wickets.

From tomorrow, 3rd test match will start and will be played in MCG Melbourne. Hoping that India will atleast draw a match in Australia.

Was Indian skipper MS Dhoni really involved in IPL Match fixing?

As 8 franchisees are full busy in IPL 7 players auctioning, there's something else that is getting popped out. It is nothing but a shocking news for me which will really be a shameful one for the nation, if found guilty.Yes, its all about the IPL match fixing issue.

The latest sensational news is that a bookie named Kitty @ Utham Jain, who was interrogated has revealed some names who were involved in match fixing on 12th May 2013 where CSK played against RR. The CID report was submitted to Justice Mukul Mudgal on 17th Jan 2014. It says that Indian skipper MS Dhoni a.k.a Mr. KOOL, Suresh Raina, Gurunath Meiyappa and few others were involved in match fixing.
Few days ago, Supreme Court slammed saying that Cricketers have link with Dawood Ibrahim, Chotta Shakeel. The betting organised by these underground dons involve a turnover of thousands of crores which is definitely being used against our nation itself. This is seriously a national threat.

Subodh Kant Sahai has said that Srinivasan is like Dawood, don't allow him to come back to BCCI.

If MS Dhoni did this, definitely he should be punished severely. Now all we have to do is just wait n watch whether Mr.KOOL will become Mr.HOT or not.

I and one my colleague had been to Mt.Fuji last weekend (Saturday, 14th September 2013). It was really a memorable one, awesome but
one of the worst day of my life.

We started from home around 11:30 AM went to Center Kita, bought
few accessories which were left out for trekking. From there on we started our
travel (train from Center Kita -> Azamino, another train from Azamino -> Shibuya and final train from Shibuya ->
Shinjuku) and reached bus station around 1:50 PM. There we booked Keio bus to Mt.
Fuji 5th station and the bus was at 4:50. We had around 3 hours of
time, so we did some window shopping, roam around and finally had some food in
MCD.

Exactly at 4:50 PM,
our bus left. After 1 hour, we entered hilly region and the view was really a good
one as the entire hills are densely populated with trees. I was wondering how
spectacular it would be if it was snowing :D.
After 2:30 hours, we reached Fuji 5th station around 7:25 PM. As
soon as we got down, our body could feel the chillness and I wore a sweater to keep
myself warm. As it was already night, we were not able to see anything around.
All we could see was a inverted cone shaped mountain. We completed our dinner and started our trek at around
7:50PM. Sticks are required to trek and costs 1000Yen for a stick with bell,
1200Yen for stick with Japan flag and 1500Yen for stick with Mt.Fuji route map.
We got sticks but we did not buy as we found those sticks lying near the start
point (Trekkers who returned should have kept it so that it would help other
trekkers).

It was really a cool and breezy night with moon barely seen. We started

routes, One route was closed from September 1st and other one will
be opened till October 2nd. So we took the allowed route, but rest
of the trekkers took the closed route as it was shorter one. We were the only 2
in this route and went through the forest where no one were there. In that wood, I saw one wooden
house which looked similar to the house in Evil Dead, but I was not scared as i
knew that there are lots to go to reach the summit.

After a hour of trekking, we reached a point where both the
routes met and we were accompanied by other trekkers. As we proceeded further,
slowly we could realize that air was getting thinner and our heart beats was
increasing its pace. We reached 6th station took some rest for about
25 min. By now we started to feel the
temperature drop and I could feel chillness. I checked my
mobile, I had full signal but it was of no use. My pocket WiFi was not having
signal at all and it was really crazy as International roaming signal is full
but local one is 0. I could feel my sweater becoming wet due to the cold breeze. So I covered
myself with a thick Jacket and then continued to trek.

feeling happy imagining how awesome it would be in the morning when I see a
sunrise. Slowly things changed, it started drizzling and I was still happy as Sulfur
dust will not be blown against us. I sat 3-4 times between 7th
station to 8th station as my shoulders were aching due to backpack
weight. As soon as we reached the eight station, the rain took its control and
started to show its true color. Our gloves and shoes completely drenched and
our bags was now around 12kgs as it got drenched in rain. The paths were really
sloppy and was becoming really difficult to trek. The temperature was really
dropping and I my body could not accept the weight anymore. So I sat for 10
minutes and rested then took some energy gel and again continued with trek. My Colleague
was saying that we have almost reached the last station and we can rest here till the
sunrises but I told him tat I saw a light which is at a farther distance and
that should be the 10th and the final station and that is where our
trek will complete but he did not accept. By now, my palm and feet was entirely
in numbness. It was really difficult for me to go further but my desire was to
reach the summit and take a look at the crater so we still continued. We managed
to reach 9th station successfully. There was board setup saying that
it is 9th station and 1.3km pending to reach the summit and I was
right. There was a temperature sensor setup, we checked and it was 0degree.
OMG!!! We have survived 0 degree for few hours after our hands and foot were
drenched in rain. We were not able to move further anymore due to lack of sleep
and body pain, so we decided to take camp and sleep for 2 hours at-least and
then continue. We checked the camps and it was fully. They did not allow us
inside, hence we decided to go little further and check for a camp and rest
there. We left 9th station and started climbing the slope. The rain
was really heavy and the wind was blowing around 80-90kmph but we somehow
wanted to continue and we proceeded further till 30 meters. But it was really
dangerous to go further as we were about to be blown away. We came back to 9th
station and were searching camps but we coudn't find it. Everywhere it was full
and though we were ready pay hefty amount, those Japanese were not even ready
to let us in.

We stopped and stayed at the 9th station for about 1
hour but the camp was not getting emptied. By this time, we were almost freeze'd
to death. We could not move our fingers and it was so numb that we had a
feeling that we have lost it. We decided to go down to 8th or 7th
station and find a camp to rest. There were totally 3 routes, first one was 4.8 kms to
base station but this base station was a different one. Other 2 routes were for
the 5th station. One was zigzag path which is about 17.3 kms and
other one is 5.6 kms. 17.3 kms path was mainly for bulldozers and 5.6kms for
trekkers which had all the stations on the way.

Instead of taking 5.6kms route, we took 17.3 kms route.
Initially we could not realize this, but after coming around 3kms, we realized
this. As this path was little easy to walk when compared to other routes, we continued.
We walked, walked and kept on walking, all we could see it black debris with
dark background. It was so windy and raining heavily, that we couldn’t even
lift our eyes to see the path. As we descended further, our hands and feet
numbness was decreasing and could breathe much better. After some time we were
back to normal, but I was really not doing well, my shoulders, back, joints and
foot was terribly paining. It was really difficult to keep steps further with
that heavy backpack. When we flashed the light to check out the path, we could see lustrous rocks which were twinkling and really nice to see, so i took small rock as a remembrance. There came a troop of trekkers from behind, we joined them and
continued our journey. They were pretty faster and I was the slowest among all.
To be with them, i increased my pace with all those sufferings. At around 6:00
AM, the visibility was better but rain was still heavy, we reached the point
where both the routes joined. I was really happy seeing it and my hopes of
reaching the 5th station went high and I was sure now that I will
somehow make it. Everyone took the closed path and kept on walking. Now I was
completely exhausted due to the pain, I started walking cross footed, sometimes
reverse way etc…. This made me to put strain on other parts rather than joints.
At around 7:15 AM, we reached the Fuji 5th station. I just went into
a building near the parking lot, sat with my legs stretched and relaxed for
about 30 mins. I could see almost all the people were back and did not complete
their trek due to the dangerous weather condition up there.

The rain didn’t stop at all. We checked for the bus but the
ticket counter was closed and upon inquiry with the traffic policeman, we came
to know that it will open at 8:40 AM. So we went into a shopping mart and sat
on a bench and waited. Near the entrance there was big board saying that any person who carries rock or any plant from Mt. Fuji will be punished by Japanese Government, so i threw the stone then and there itself. When the ticket counter opened, they said that we can board
the bus directly and the bus will be coming at 10AM. I was fully shivering, all
my extra clothes were wet as my bag was fully drenched. I did not have any option
other than facing the chillness. At-last, bus came and driver did not let us in
first because priority was of reserved. So we waited outside in the rain and
then finally boarded the bus. As soon as bus left, I slept for an hour. I
missed all those beautiful scenery but was still happy that in some hours I will
be reaching home. By 2:40PM, we reached home. Had sleep for around 3 hours then woke-up, sat in hot bath tub for about 45 minutes and relaxed.

Morning when I woke-up, in TV they were showing that Japan has
been hit by a Typhoon and people are expected to stay in their houses. Then I realized
that the reason for such an adventure was due to this bloody typhoon :( which made me not to

Today was a memorable day for Bangalore's and Chris Gayle supporters. IPL Match number 31 was played between RCB and PWI at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. Toss went into the favor of PWI team and they chose to field first. Ah!!!! They would have not predicted terrible things which was on its way.

It was very cloudy and expectations for rain was on. But spectators would have definitely come to watch and enjoy the Gayle Storm. Pitch report was that it is a very good batting pitch and chasing will not be a problem at all.

Chris Gayle and T Dilshan opened the batting innings for RCB. First over was bowled by Bhuvneshwar Kumar and he gave just 3 runs in the very first over. Things looked pretty fine for PWI. Debutant Ishwar Pandey opened the second over and Chris Gayle belted first 2 deliveries for four. Rain interrupted the match, covers were on and there was delay. After few minutes, play resumed or rather i can say bad time for PWI started. There you go, followed by a good delivery, Ishwar bowled a no-ball which went for four and the free hit was given for Gayle which infact was also a boundary. Second over cost 21 runs for PWI. Gayle storm started to takes its shape and everyone started to feel the effect of it.

In 17 balls, Gayle scored his half century which is the fastest fifty in IPL tournament. This was the first record of the day. He started belting each and every bowlers and dealt with them mainly in boundaries. He scored his Century in just 30 balls which is the world record to be the fastest century to be scored in any format of the Cricket. He did not stop there, he continued with his contribution to the team and remained unbeaten scoring 175 runs in just 66 deliveries with a strike rate of 265.15 that included 13 fours and 17 sixes. There was AB show as well which was only for short duration. He scored a quickfire of 31 runs in just 8 balls that included 3 fours and 3 sixes.

RCB ended up their innings scoring 263 runs loosing only 5 wickets in 20 overs. This is the highest T20 team total surpassing Srilanka's 260/6 in 2007.

Many batting records was broken in one single IPL T20 match. They are,
Chris Gayle: Fastest IPL 50 (17 balls)
Chris Gayle: Fastest Century in any format like First class, List A or T20 etc.. (30 balls)
Chris Gayle: Highest individual score in T20 format (175 runs)
Chris Gayle: Highest number of sixes in an innings (17 sixes)
Chris Gayle: Most runs scored only from boundaries (154 runs)
Chris Gayle and T Dilshan: Highest first wicket partnership in IPL (167 runs)
RCB: Highest team total in T20 format (263/5)
RCB: Highest Run-rate in an innings (13.15)

It was a mammoth total for PWI. They could not sustain Gayle's Storm and also could not recover from the after-affects. Last over was bowled by Chris Gayle and he took 2 wickets as well. PWI managed score a total of only 133 runs in 20 overs with the loss of 9 wickets. They hit only 3 sixes in their batting innings which is very less in number compared to RCB's 21 sixes. RCB won the match by 130 runs which is the second highest run-win in IPL. Definitely Pune Warriors will have nightmares tonight :D

I missed the visual treat but managed to check the updates on web. What a day for Chris Gayle. He broke many T20 batting records and also took 2 wickets in one over and gave just 5 runs. Man of the match was obviously Chris Gayle :D

I'm looking forward same performance to be given by RCB when playing on CSK. Though CSK is my second favorite team, when it comes to RCB i hate CSK to the core....

On the way to Aihole, while travelling, we all became bird watchers. We could spot so many birds (all were commonly found birds :P) which were sitting on the transmission lines or on trees. We could see the mountain range of Badami caves which still continued on our way to Aihole and we started to guess whether the other end of the mountain could be the place which we are looking for :-) "Aihole".

Aihole: <span style="color: #4c1130; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Aihole, once was a prominent city of the Chalukya dynasty. In many of the inscriptions it was also known as Ayyavole and Aryapura. This place has 125 temples which are grouped into 24 categories by the archaeological department. It should have been once a headquarters with the federation of trade guilds and a great city.

We entered Aihole village and could see so many temples here and there. The conditions of these temples are not so good and well protected.
Things to watchout are
<span style="color: #4c1130; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Durga temple complex, Lad Khan Temple, Ambigera Gudi complex, Mallikarjuna temple complex, Chikki temple, Rachi temple, Eniyar temples complex, Hucchimalli temple complex, Ravanaphadi rock-cut temple, Buddhist temple, Meguti temple, Hucchappayya Math Complex, Kunti temples complex, Charantimath complex, Tryambakesvara group, Gauri temple, Jaina temples in the village, Rock-cut Jain Basadi, Ramlingesvara Temple Complex and Galaganatha Temple Complex
In my previous post, i spoke about HAMPI and also shared some incredible pictures captured by us. Now this post will talk more about BADAMI caves and Pattadakal. In my next post, i will talk about Aihole and Sangama.
BADAMI CAVES:
After having breakfast around 8AM, we left to BADAMI caves. We were first on that day to visit the caves. We parked our car, took entry tickets. The climate was little cooler as Sun was still on its way :)

First, let me tell you what exactly this place is:
<span style="color: #4c1130; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Badami was the capital of the Early Chalukyas (6-8 Century AD), who had ruled much of Karnataka at that point of time. It lies at the mouth of a ravine with rocky hills on either side and a town tank in which water from the ravine flows.
The Badami cave temples are a complex of temples located at Badami, a town in the Bagalkot District in the north part of Karnataka, India. They are considered an example of Indian rock-cut architecture which is carved out on cliff of the sandstone hill.

There are 5 caves in total and among those, 1 is a natural cave. The caves are not very deep inside but OK type.

Cave 1: This cave is dedicated to Shiva.
Some of the carvings were not completed and i was wondering what could be the reason for the incompletion.
There were few markings which i found and assumed these were some sort of game which people used to play to pass their time. There were old Kannada inscriptions as well at many places.
From the cliff, we can see many temples and buildings of chalukyas all over. One among them is the "Agasythya Tank" which really gives us a picturesque scene.
After wondering about all these carvings, we were now ready for our next destination "Pattadakal". I was really happy with Badami caves and was never disappointed :)

The road condition to Pattadakal was horrible. The sun was really hot and we could feel the heat. Badami to Pattadakal is around 22kms. On the way, we got a V-junction road, before we could open the glass ask the exact route, the villager staight away pointed the route to Pattadakal :-). We continued towards the pointed route, Ahhh!!! there you go.... we were blocked by a drove of bullocks as if they were doing a protesting for something. We waited till the way became clear to pass through.

We reached the destination after driving for 30 minutes. The sun was on high and we did not have a shaded place park our car.

PATTADAKAL:
<span style="color: #4c1130; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Pattadakal lies on the banks of the Malaprabha River. These group of monuments are from 8th Century AD which are the culmination of the earliest experiments in the vesara style of Hindu temple architecture. The town displays both Dravidian (Southern) and the Nagara (Northern, Indo-Aryan) styles of temple architecture.
<span style="color: #4c1130; font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Pattadakal consists of Virupaksha Temple, Sangameshvara Temple, Mallikarjuna Temple, Kashivisvanatha Temple, Kadasiddhesvara and Jambulingeswara temples, Jain temples and Galaganatha temple.

We bought the entry tickets and proceeded. Ah!!! we stopped seeing Pattadakal architectures and were driven by bird watching. There were different species of birds there. We started gazing at those birds and spent around 30-45 minutes. I am not a bird-watcher, but really i don't know how i started to show interest in bird watching :-). It was a new experience for me.
After coming out, we ate village food offered by an village lady (jolada rotti oota - A typical north Karnataka unleavened indian bread made out of Jowar) + a small bottle full of Butter milk. We were full and went back to take our positions in the car. OMGGGGG!!!!! We were inside a oven.... It was so hot inside and i could feel my base and back burning due to heat. We opened the windows and turned on A/C. After travelling in the oven for sometime, we were little ok and finally were back on track.
Now what next? It is Aihole and Sangama... Wait for my next post :-)
In my previous post i talked about how we reached Hospet from Bangalore and next day morning, all were set to visit HAMPI.

For those who don't know what is the history behind this place: <span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Hampi was the capital of the Vijayanagar Empire (1336CE -1565CE) and was renowned for its architecture. When the empire fell to islamic invaders the city was ravaged and much of it was destroyed. Some city structures and temples survived the war and today they are cared for by the Archeological Survey of India (ASI). The ruins of HAMPI is scattered around 28 kms.

After vacating our rooms, we took 2 leaflets that had HAMPI map. I have shown it in below pic.

It was around 30 minutes drive from Hospet to reach HAMPI. Note that Pooja is not conducted at any of the temples in Hampi because the idols are defaced. First we covered,
1. Sasivekalu Ganesha (Mustard seed)

As we climbed the hillock, the Sun started to burn us overwhelmingly but the light breeze was our saviour.

2. Hemakuta temples
3. Virupaksha temple - At the Virupaksha temple alone pooja is performed at one of the sannidhis. The entry fee is Rs. 10 per person, For taking picture, you have to pay additional Rs. 25 & for videos you have to pay high and its Rs. 500. This temple, like most others at Hampi, has stunningly beautiful architecture. The main gopuram is as high as 160 feet and has carvings of various deities. The smaller gopuram is decorated with intricate pillars and domes. Perhaps this design drew elements from Islamic architecture. Regardless, this gopuram is unlike any other that I have seen in south India. There is a Elephant in the temple as well :)
After visiting all nearby location, we were very eager to visit Vittala temple which is the highlight of HAMPI. This is the place where "Stone Chariot" rests. We had our lunch in a small hotel and left towards the Vittala temple. After parking our car, we took a ride in a battery operated vehicle and reached Vittala temple. The ride was amazing for us and a new experience. The Vittala temple was not in a good condition and it was under repair. And one more worst part was, there was a stupid telugu movie shooting going on which gave full stop to our excitement. We did not enjoy that much there, but we had good look at Stone Chariot. but we missed Kings balance :(
From Vittala temple, our last journey was to see Ugra Narasimha. It is situated near to Bala Krishna temple.

16. Badavilinga - This is situated next to Ugra Narasimha and is made up of single stone. Legend says that a poor women donated her money to build this one and hence the name was called.

By this time, it was around 5:15 PM. We left HAMPI and started heading to BADAMI (our next visit). We wanted to connect to NH13 but was looking for a shortcut. On the way, we asked a auto-driver for the route. He warned us that the road ahead leads to nowhere but we have to go back and connect to main road so that we will end up in NH13. We did not listen to him and we proceeded further. Finally we were scattered and started to look for help. Finally, with locals help we could connect to NH13. Before that we saw a beautiful canal of Tungabadra which is really amazing. I was really feeling to jump into the water but we had a time-crunch so we stopped there for a while and continued.

After connecting to NH13, we saw Tungabadra dam from the roadside. It was a very big one but unfortunately was not let out. They say that on 15th August (Independence day) they will open the gates of dam with all lights ON, pooja and so on. This will be open till October. After spending 10 minutes, we started our actual journey towards BADAMI. Around 7:45 PM we had our dinner and reached BADAMI before 9:30PM and checked in to our respective rooms. We planned for next day to get ready by 8AM. As planned we were ready by 8 and had our breakfast and left to visit BADAMI caves :)
We planned to go for one road trip on car before the actual summer starts. So we chose places like Hampi, Badami, Pattadakal & Aihole. Initally, we were expecting many people to join but unfortunately only four could make it up for the trip.

We decided to cover all these places on 8th and 9th of March. It was planned in such a way that, we would leave Bangalore on 7th evening itself and reach Hospet by 10 PM and halt for the day. Then next 2 days cover all places and comeback to Bangalore on 10th March before evening.

There was a slight delay at the start as i was not able to leave office by 3PM on 7th March. We started around 4:30 PM and reached Dobbaspet around 6 PM for snacks @KAMAT. We were there for around 40 min and then left the place. After few hours of travel, we had dinner @ Chitradurga and continued with traveling. We were using Navigation to ensure whether we are following right path or not. When we were near to Hospet, Navigation system started to guide us wrongly. Believing that we followed and ended up nowhere :( It was like almost 20-25 minutes waste by just driving to wrong place. We called up the hotel guy and asked him to guide us to reach his place. He did not guide us properly and again started wandering here n there for around 30 min and finally asked the route from localites. They guided us properly and we finally reached the hotel. Time when we checked in was around 1:30 midnight. We got a very good offer on that day, they gave us 2 Luxury rooms for normal price. Below is the glimpse of the room :)

We were very tired that day and hence had a very good nap. Next day morning, everyone became ready within the planned time, ate an awesome breakfast and all set to visit HAMPI.

When i was in Mumbai, i somehow managed to go to ECC - Employee Care Center as much as possible. There i used to play Table Tennis, Badminton, do swimming and gymming. I used to be very fit, used to maintain the perfect BMI index. My dream was to get 6-packs someday and i used to workout for that but wasn't that serious :) (so i could not make my dream come true)

After coming back to Bangalore, i met with an accident and started to put on weight. I did not do any kind of fat burning activities like cardio/sports/swimming etc.. My fat level increased drastically and the worst part was my tummy which started to accommodate fat very easily. On the other hand, i started to loose my muscles and started to look lean. Saddest thing was, fat in the abs started to increase :(

Observing this, i started to lower the quantity of my food consumption and it worked out very well, I stopped putting on weight and those extra calories intake was avoided. But i was not that happy because still i could see my tummy was sticking out and i was lean. So i decided to start gymming and reduce all those extra fat.

After few months of gymming, i noticed that i could not put on muscles instead my fat started converting into muscles and was still looking lean. Even after doing exercises for more than 1 hour, i was wondering what is the problem and why i could not gain muscles. Finally, i came to know that my food intake was very low and because of that i could not gain mass. Soon after realizing this, i started to eat so called balanced and perfect meal.

Within if few weeks of time, i could see a very good difference in my body mass. I started to get nice shapes, abs fat started reducing, mass has been increased and i felt to be fit.

Moral: For body building or fat reduction, food plays a major role.

Today was the day for ITALY in men's individual team event in Archery. There were plenty of shockers that took place. My favorite team INDIA scored same as Japan and lost to them in the tie-breaker. So INDIA lost 1 medal in total of 4. Now only 3 possible ways are left :-(

In the very first round i.e, 1/8 elimination, Mexico, Italy, Japan, Ukraine had to fight against their opponents to enter Quarter finals. But Korea, USA, China and France had got byes, so they directly started with Quarter finals.

In QF - Mexico, Italy, USA and Koreans won and entered Semi-finals. The shocker was that Korea ( who were known to be the best in Archery) lost to USA. But Koreans some how managed to end up with Bronze medal beating Mexico in bronze match.

USA and ITALY faced for Gold medal.
First round - USA: 52, ITALY:54 (Italy lead by 2 points)
Second round - USA: 54, ITALY:56 (Italy lead by 4 points)
Third round - USA: 57, ITALY:55 (Italy lead by 2 points)
Fourth round - USA: 55, ITALY:54 (Italy lead by 1 points).

Finally, ITALY won the Gold match by 1 points. USA came so close but in the end they could not overwhelm Italians. USA ended up with Silver medal and ITALY became the Champions by winning Gold medal.

Tomorrow might be the day for INDIA as women's team event will be held. After this, for next 5 days there would be Individual eliminations round to happen.

So i wish team INDIA a very good luck to get a medal for my country in Archery :-)
Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4645669768553605108.post-39967203212743149742012-07-03T14:53:00.000+05:302012-07-03T14:53:01.180+05:30MNP: TATA DOCOMO TO AIRTEL !!!!

Hi guys, today i wanted to share you an important message regarding MNP (Mobile Number Portability). Once the MNP procedure is completed, check for the validity of the new service. You have to do an Validity recharge other wise your number will be barred until you do so.

This post is based on my experience as how i ported my TATA DOCOMO number to Airtel. I took TATA DOCOMO some 5 months back and it was in my friends name. I had a lot of network problem. Almost like 5-6 hours there never used to even a single signal point i.e, no signal at all. This went on and at start it didnt bother me much. But later on, i started to get nice scoldings from my friends and family who tried to call me. Later i decided to switch to Airtel as those good old times where i used be the customer of Airtel.

It took me almost like 1 month to complete my porting (It includes getting info, arranging documents, requesting for MNP and so on). I was little worried that it was in my friends name and now i am giving my documents for MNP. On 18th of June 2012, i received a message saying "Namaste! Your Request validated by donor and porting time: 2012-06-20 00:59:00.945". After seeing this, i was happy that my documents were accepted by Airtel.

On 20th morning,i replaced my SIM with Airtel SIM and i received a message from Airtel saying that "Your PORT IN request is successfully activated". Then i started getting GPRS configuration settings n all. In fact, i even continued to get messages from my bank. So at start, i taught everything seems to be fine. I did a recharge of Rs. 50 and checked the balance. It showed me that i have a balance of Rs. 41.50. I was not getting calls from anyone :-( I even tried to call to others, i used to listen a recorded voice saying "Your services are barred as you have no balance". But, i could see the balance of Rs.41.50 and i taught that i should wait for 1 or 2 days for this thing to work fine. 2 days passed, still i was facing the same problem and then i called to Airtel customer care. I told him the problem which i was facing and he suggested me to do a validity recharge as i will be treated a new SIM purchaser. So, i went to the mobile shop where i purchased the SIM and gave him money to do a validity recharge. He tried to do, but he was failing. He said to me that he will be rectifying the problem and solve it. So i left and went home.

Next day, i jus tried to call my friend and voila! there you go..... i could connect to my friends mobile :-D For this entire process, it took me more than 1 month which was the worst part.
Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4645669768553605108.post-25662234746922241982012-03-23T23:04:00.000+05:302012-03-23T23:04:33.400+05:30Vaada machan Bajji saapidalam

It was been more than 2 months i had stepped out of my home walking freely. After that tragic incident, i couldn't even able to go out roaming or do things which i had earlier planned. I had an Holiday today as it was Ugadi (Gudi Padwa) festival and this festival is celebrated mostly in South India and Maharashtra. I almost killed the whole day watching LOST season 1 from episode 12 to 20.

At around 5:30 PM my friend Vinod came to my home and we started to play GTA San Andreas. We completed nearly 15 missions. Today, i was very eager to eat "Bajji" (Its a popular South Indian snack made out of wheat flour in which chillies/Onion rolls/Banana pieces/etc... are stuffed inside and fried). So, after playing, i asked my friend to go out with me to have some hot bajji's. He did not refuse to my request and he said ok. As it was festival day, i was not sure that i could succeed the mission.

We took off on his bike and started searching for the shops where these things are sold. I did not have that much idea where could these shops be situated as i had not been in Bangalore for more than 2 years. We started on the Bajji hunt. After as 0.5km, we found one shop open and i was happy to see that it was still open. When we inquired, we got the message that there is no Bajji but they have Bonda. I was disappointed and i said to my friend that we can find another shop somewhere near by. We took off from there and started to roam here and there. We could not find even a single Bajji shop open or i can say almost 95% of the other shops were also closed. The whole area looked very silent as there was only a limited number of people on road. We were wondering that what happened to the people out there. It was like we were in some village or something like that. It was just 8:55 PM night and only few people & vehicles out there.

We almost went to some 10 spots in our area. We could not find even a single shop open except the first one where there was no Bajji. This situation of ours was just similar to the movie "Vaa Quater Cutting" where they both search for liquor.

After roaming 4 kms, we gave up our Bajji hunt. After some 20 mins, he dropped me back at my home and he left for the day. Mission failed :-( I have to succeed atleast on tomorrow. Let's C what happens tomorrow.
I mention few of them and when asked to give a names list who all i remember. I list around 100 players not more than but in reality there are many thousands of players out there.

It is very difficult to collect all the football names list in single go. For this, we have to do a lot of research and invest lot of precious time. While browsing on the net i found a beautiful website that list names from football. In here, all the names are listed out. It is a very useful website and must be visited.
Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4645669768553605108.post-7408676095279906592011-12-22T23:11:00.000+05:302011-12-22T23:11:41.343+05:30Top 4 ODI teams to start test match on 26th December
On 26th December, The top 4 ODI cricket teams will be starting to play test match :-) It will be India playing Australia at Melbourne, Australia. As i was hurriedly going to the canteen, i did not realize that i was getting a call. While on the way, when i checked my mobile: there was a missed call. I did not see the number properly (i.e, the country code and all). For instant i taught it might be a call from any of my friends who might have bought a new number. So i called to that number.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">After some 10 rings, one guy picked up the call and started to speak up in Hindi and i started to wonder who the hell this is. He introduced himself saying that a name and he is an executive in Vodafone. Then he told me that my number has been selected in the lucky draw and i am eligible for prize money of 15 Lakh Rupees. Immediately, i came to know that this is a scam call. In curiosity i started to speak with him and asking more information’s regarding this. He told me that i have to call a number and speak to the head office manager who resides in Delhi and he gave the number. The number started with 00. The he told me his name which i forgot and said me a code number that has to be provided it was 4836. He forced me to call immediately and speak to him.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">The call was automatically cut due to low balance. My balance was Rs. 0.19 :-( All my balance money was gone. I lost around Rs. 46 for this call. I started to wonder "Y the hell i lost so much money to make one simple call?". I then re-checked the number and to my surprise the country code was +91 instead of +92. OMG!!! i have made a ISD call. Though i knew it was a scam, i never taught i would be making an ISD call.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">I immediately went to my desk and searched for this number and gave the country code in Google with search as "+92 scam".

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">
<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">There was a heart-attack shock for me because the country code was for Pakistan. I have called to Pakistan and talked to some unknown person for almost 5-6 minutes. My life is in Jeopardy now, don't even know where I will end up when some top officials trace this call and if it is founded that this number belongs to some terrorists group then I will be fucked up. Later, i went through all those discussion forums and finally found out that there are many people like me who were in my situation. I was relieved after reading so many stories.

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">Today, so far i have received 5 missed calls from same number and finally i have barred that number. The call which they make will not even last for a single ring. So people be very cautious when are dealing with unknown numbers. The number which i got those calls was from "+923418510048". I lost around Rs. 46 and this is what makes me very angry :-(
Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4645669768553605108.post-66338908024069683672011-12-13T00:55:00.001+05:302011-12-13T00:56:30.471+05:30Making online deals
We all are very much addicted to internet these days as almost everything can be done online like shopping, banking, paying bills, online bidding and auction, booking travel tickets, multi-player gaming, etc. There are many numbers of online sites where purchases can be done without any difficulty or getting spammed.

People always look for better deals, offers, discounts and so on to make their purchases. The latest trend is to buy products or things from online auction sites where the person gets a good deal and saves some money. It's all about bidding and the person who quotes the highest bid will win the auction and buys the product. When I was browsing through the internet, i came across a website that gave dealfun.com reviews. The review title was "Getting the Things That You Want Easily and Cheaply from Great Auction Site" and the title looked very impressed to me. So, I started to go through the article which was written there. It talked more about the facts and how this site is useful to make good deals and so on. The review which I read was a useful one.

Some people feel that this might be a scam and do not try to enter such kind of sites. Instead they prefer to visit shopping sites and end up paying higher. This will not be a concern for the people who are rich, but people who are in middle class or lower than that always like to get good deals with great offer. I am not here to trap you, but I want you all to try for one auction and experience it.

Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4645669768553605108.post-17048007591141553552011-12-12T15:38:00.000+05:302011-12-12T15:38:13.523+05:30Know about Online Casino Gator
Online casinos have taken a very good shape in recent years.
Indian share market was suffering huge blow due to European ques. It was almost a plunge of 400 points in NSE. As markets were about to close for the day, India and West Indies started their play which gave a visual retreat for cricket lovers.

India played their 4th ODI cricket match against the visitors West Indies in the 5 series match. The match was played in Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore. India needed 1 more win the clinch the series as they were leading the series with 2-1. The toss was won by Virender Sehwag and he chose to bat first.

Indian openers were Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag. This time Parthiv Patel was not the opener and instead the skipper himself opened the innings. The start was perfect and they played pretty well and established a great partnership. The first wicket partnership was 176 runs which was in just 22.5 overs. After the fall of Gautam Gambhir who got out scoring 67 runs, Suresh Raina came in to bat. Raina was showing poor performance in past few matches and this was the right moment and opportunity to prove himself. Raina utilised this opportunity and scored his half-century. Meanwhile, Skipper Virender Sehwag scored his century and was looking very dangerous as he was in his top perform.

West Indies bowlers were suffering from a lot of damage done by Sehwag. Second wicket partnership was 140 runs. Raina got out and Sehwag was still playing. Virender Sehwag surpassed Sachin's World record and scored 201 runs and thus became the highest scorer and second batsman to cross double century in ODI cricket. After scoring double century, he kept his momentum going on. He stayed till 46.3 over, when Kieron Pollard bowled a tricky ball in which Virender Sehwag was tempted to go for an six and ended up giving a catch at the boundary.

Virender Sehwag scored 219 runs in 149 deliveries before falling for Kieron Pollard. He hit 25 fours and 7 sixes making total boundaries to 32 which is also a new World record. Finally India ended up its innings putting up a total of 418 runs loosing 5 wickets only in 50 overs (IND - 418/5, 50 over). This is also the highest score for India.

West Indies struggled a lot when the newbie Rahul Sharma took 3 important wickets for India. Finally, WI ended up scoring 265 runs and lost all 10 wickets (WI - 265/10, 49.2 over). Highest scorer was Denesh Ramdin who scored 96 runs and failed to get his century.

India won the match by 153 runs and the series as well. Man of the match was Virender Sehwag for his brilliant batting performance.
Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4645669768553605108.post-33422625609331673862011-12-02T18:48:00.001+05:302011-12-02T18:48:37.780+05:30Ravi Rampaul breaks Indian bowling tactics and saves WI to put up a good total
Currently, West Indies and India are playing their 2nd ODI of the series at ACA-VDCA Stadium, Visakhapatnam. The toss was won by India and they selected to bat first.

Lendl Simmons and Adrian Barath were the openers for the WI team. In the last delivery of the second over, Adrian Barath got out and returned back to the pavilion. This wicket gave confidence to the Indian bowlers and they kept on attacking the WI batsmen. They could not sustain the attack and hence WI batting lineup started to collapse. At one point of time WI were 63 runs for 5 wickets. Kieron Pollard came in to bat he batted well and scored some quick runs which helped WI to recover a bit. After hitting 2 biggies, Pollard could slow down and hence fell for Ravichandran Ashwin who finally removed Pollard after giving 2 sixes in the over.

This was a crucial break for India and they were back on track again. By 36 overs, India managed to pick up 9 wickets by just giving 170 runs to WI. One more wicket, India will have a fair chances to win the match easily. But it did not work towards Indian side. Ravi Rampaul who came into bat at number 9 started to hunt the bowlers. He batted magnificently and replied to the bowlers with fours and sixes. With the help of his partner Kemar Roach, Ravi Rampaul went on hunting the bowlers. Both played well till the end and helped the West Indies team to come out of the disastrous situation and remained not out till the end of the innings. West Indies put up a total score of 269 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 50 overs (WI - 269/9, 50 over). Ravi Rampaul was unbeaten scoring 86 runs with 6 fours and 6 sixes. Kemar Roach was unbeaten scoring 24 runs which included 3 fours. The last wicket partnership was 99 runs. I think this might be the biggest partnership for 10th wicket.

Indians took the WI's last wicket very lightly and that is why Indians are suffering. But there is no use in regretting now. Only thing to be done is to hunt down the score successfully.
Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4645669768553605108.post-73005670882838115052011-11-23T11:55:00.000+05:302011-11-23T11:55:43.757+05:30India vs West Indies test match 3 highlights
Current status of the match is Lunch. Yesterday, West Indies won the toss and elected to bat first. After loosing the first 2 test matches, now its time for the West Indies to avoid the whitewash. Keeping this on mind, West Indies gave a perfect start for the day. The Indians failed to take early wickets at the start. West Indies first wicket fell after its total reached 137 runs. Once the break up of the partnership happened, Indians managed to remove other opener as well in short duration. At the end of the first day, West Indies managed to put up a total of 291 runs and lost only 2 wickets. Indians failed in the first day and they were hoping to make some early dismissals on the second day.

The hope did not become into reality as they managed to remove only one wicket after bowling 13.5 overs. West Indies 3rd wicket partnership was 164 runs. Darren Bravo scored his century and is still batting. As of now, West Indies have played 121 overs and scored 378 runs having a run rate of 3.12 runs per over (WI - 378/3, 121 over). Darren Bravo and Kieran Powell are playing and have scored 108 runs and 38 runs respectively. The partnership between them is 64 runs. Ravichandran Ashwin has took 2 wickets and Ishant Sharma took a wicket.

If, West Indies managed to play till the end of the day then the match would end up in a draw or India will loose the match.
Deal KING*http://www.blogger.com/profile/16973106480550323434noreply@blogger.com0
