Rajasthan Royals played their 4th match against Kolkata Knight Riders at Sardar Patel Stadium, Motera. Rajasthan Royals won the toss & elected to bat first. Micheal Lumb was out for the very first ball of the innings. Rajasthan Royals completed their 20 overs by scoring 168 runs loosing 7 wickets.
Kolkata Knight Riders went on to chase a target of 168, But their slow start was of no use. By 18th over kolkata needed 50 runs from 14 balls, this was very tough situation for KKR as they did not succeed finally landing up with the score of 134 runs in 20 overs loosing 5 wickets. Hence Rajasthan Royals marked their first win after loosing first 3 matches in IPL-3.
